In-Store

A1WV provides an extensive range of services in our brick and mortar store for Windows OS based and Apple OS based PCs and laptops:

• No-cost, no-obligation evaluation of equipment and software with a written report and estimated costs of the required and/or recommended repairs or upgrade.
• Repair of computer equipment, (personal PC or commercial).  All repairs or upgrades warranted for one (1) full year.  Warranty includes all parts and labor.
• Upgrades of hardware and/or software to include OS, applications, drivers.

On-Site

A1WV provides repair and upgrades services at your location (home or business):

• On-site diagnosis and repair services are provided at a cost of $85.00 per hour.
• Repair of computer equipment, (personal PC or commercial).  All repairs or upgrades warranted for one (1) full year.  Warranty includes all parts and labor.

Extended Warranty

A1WV offers extended warranty on all equipment purchased in our brick and mortar store and online purchases through our catalog.

Extended warranties or maintenance plans are available for equipment purchased elsewhere provided we have the opportunity to evaluate the items.

Backup Services
