How long do repairs take ?

Normal repair times for your PC will take from 24 to 72 hours.  In unusual situations where we must order parts (and depending on shipment time to us), it may take longer.  We will call you and let you know if there will be any delay.

When is a good time to drop off my PC ?

Any time during normal business hours.  No appointment is needed.

We are open Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST).  Saturdays 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (EST).

Who should I ask for when I call ?

Anyone who answers the phone can help you.  We do not use an answering service.  You may be directed to someone who specializes in problem solutions related to your question or problem.

What are your service rates ?

We charge a flat fee of $60.00 to $120.00 depending of the severity of your problem and the services needed.  Rates do not include parts.
